Property Expectations & Reservation Terms
We want every guest at The Farm – Lisbon, Ohio to have a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay. To help make that possible, please review the following expectations and terms before confirming your reservation:
Property Expectations & Reservation Terms
- No Pets Allowed – Service animals with prior approval only.
- No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas.
- Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbours and fellow guests.
- Check-In – 3:00 PM
- Check-Out – 10:00 AM
- Maximum Occupancy – 16 guests included in base rate. Additional guests ($10/person per night) may be accommodated with prior approval.
Facilities & Use
- Detached Office/Event Building – Available for additional fee; must be reserved in advance.
- Events & Gatherings – Small group gatherings are welcome. Larger events (retreats, celebrations, workshops, etc.) must be pre-approved.
- Farm Grounds – Guests may enjoy the outdoor spaces, porches, and fire pit/patio area. For safety, barns and fenced livestock areas are off-limits unless otherwise arranged.
Safety & Responsibility
- Children Supervision – The farmhouse and grounds are family-friendly, but children must be supervised at all times.
- Fires – Fire pit use permitted only in designated areas. Please follow all fire safety guidelines.
- Parking – Free on-site parking is available for multiple vehicles, trailers, or trucks.
- Liability – Guests are responsible for personal belongings, safety, and any damages caused during their stay.
Payments & Cancellations
- Deposit – A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
- Balance Due – Remaining balance must be paid prior to arrival (details provided during booking).Cancellations – Cancellations within [X days]* of arrival may be subject to fees. Please see full cancellation policy at time of booking.
